Shipping policy

1. Processing Time:

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered in weekends or holidays. Please allow for additional processing time in December.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates:

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Estimated delivery time is between 3-5 business days. Some larger items that require special delivery arrangements will be highlighted in their descriptions.

3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking:

You will receive a shipment confirmation once your order has been dispatched which may contain a tracking number (depending on the item).

4. Customs, Duties & Taxes:

Flittermouse Antiques is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during and after shipping are the responsibility of the customer.

5. Damages:

Flittermouse Antiques is not responsible for any products damaged or lost during shipping. However, we will work with you to the best of our ability to resolve any issues where possible. Flittermouse Antiques reserves the right to refuse reimbursement or returns when any defects are highlighted in the product description/s.
